Established in 2026, Pure Organics Somerset opened April 18th of 2026, by Executive Chef Lisa Sandoval and Chef Peyton Perez. Chef Lisa was trained as a chef at San Francisco’s California Culinary Institute and has worked around the world creating culinary works of art for much of her professional life. With her beginnings doing many catering events down in Southern California as well as here in Northern California, Chef Lisa continues to provide these catering services under her LLC named ‘Pure Organics Somerset’. Today, much of her catering events are done for the local wineries where fine wines meet artisanal food creations for private guest engagements and wine/food pairing parties.
